भीतरी बारिश
सूखे तन पे बरसती
भीतरी बारिश में
भीग-भीग जाती हूँ
मैं अन्तर्मन से !
गीली मेरी धोती
चिपकी मुझ से
क़ोफ़्त है कितनी
उघड़ा है बदन !
भीतर चल रहे अंधड़
कँपकँपा जाते हैं
दिखती हूँ जीवन जीती
भीतर ही भीतर रिसती!
चैन ले लूँ मैं भी
आँधियाँ तो थमें
निचोड़ लूँ गीली धोती
ढ़ँक लूँ अंग उघड़ा!
जो मिल जाए उधार
खुशी की इक किरण भी
भीतरी बारिश से धो
संजो लूँ अपने भीतर!!!!!

Inner Shower
On the dry body rains
The shower within
I get wet soaked
with feeling within!
Soaked is my outfit
Gets clung to me
So distressing it is
Bare is the body!
Rising storms within
Tremble shiver
I appear to be living life
Slighted within!
Let me also relax
Let the storm cease
Let me wring the wet outfit dry
Cover the body bare!
If found on credit
Even a ray of joy
Let me wash with inner shower
Let me beautify myself within!!!!
